When I'm not at home with my three beautiful, strong and passionate daughters, a wonderful husband, a golden doodle called Tilly-Mint and a persian cat called Dolly, I'm travelling - wherever, whenever I can...

My own personal life experience has informed a lot of my expertise as a coach. My career accelerated really early running an L&D function in my early 20's. I've led and been through some huge transformational change experiences (some good, some bad) that have shaped me into the leader I am. I've worked across many different industries and sectors which gives me brevity in experience and also allowed me to understand that the leadership challenge is reasonably consistent wherever you go - just the context is different.
I've been through a messy divorce, I have a lifelong medical condition, I battle with achievement addiction that gets in the way of me feeling content & happy, I've been sexually discriminated against, I've lived most of my life in masculine energy to succeed in a male coded world, I've clinically burned out and ended up in hospital and subsequently recovered... what I'm trying to say is I have a lived experience that resonates and is relatable to many women especially.

I LOVE prosecco and Whispering Angel
I'm obsessed with rainbows and waterfalls
I'm crazy and like to ice dip in frozen lakes in Finland in -30 degrees (or in my ice tub in the garden at home)
My favourite thing is to watch narrated dog videos or of animals doing silly things
(My sick side also loves You've Been Framed type clips of grown ups falling over)
I HATE climbing mountains
My favourite and safe place is the beach (the more rugged the better)
I don't watch TV or films (so No, I've not seen it!)
My weirdo trait is I really enjoy a general anaesthetic
I love anything raspberry, white chocolate, salted caramel or parma violet flavoured
CAKE is life!
I'm a bit sweary and it makes me feel really good
I love to dance
Oh... and I do coach men. I just especially enjoy helping women to smash the glass ceiling!
